Nicholle “Nic” Parsons is a trial attorney with passion for defending the wrongly accused. Nic is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and thorough representation. She takes pride in not only her performance in trial, but the research and preparation that she dedicates to each individual case. Nic provides the best possible representation for all of her clients, from traffic tickets to felony jury trials. Nic understands that every case is unique and that each client deserves an individualized and focused approach to their criminal defense.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Nic moved to North Carolina to pursue her legal education and graduated from Elon University School of Law in December 2024. Nic has been a member of the North Carolina State Bar since 2025. In her free time. Nic enjoys exploring her new hometown and taking her rescue dog Maisie to the dog park.​
