Peter M. Carlton

Peter M. Carlton is no stranger to conflict or court.

Before becoming an attorney, Peter served as an enlisted member of the United States Marines. Peter occupied a variety of roles, from Combat Engineer to Rescue Swimmer, and concluded his service as a Staff Sergeant. Peter is still active with the Armed Forces and, in 2025, was selected to serve as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) for the Navy Reserves, a role that he still proudly occupies.

Hannah Hayes

Hannah Hayes is a North Carolina native and a proud Tar Heel.

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Hannah attended Washington and Lee University School of Law on an academic scholarship. During law school, Hannah volunteered at the local domestic violence shelter and gained hands-on experience working at multiple prosecutors’ offices.

Nicholle “Nic” Parsons is a trial attorney with a passion for defending the wrongly accused.

Nic is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and thorough representation. She takes pride in not only her performance in trial, but the research and preparation that she dedicates to each individual case.
